Asian Cowboy is a post-hardcore band from northern Sweden channeling noise, tension, and restless energy into sharp-edged songs that feel as physical as they are atmospheric. Their sound blends jagged guitars, driving rhythms, and raw dynamics with an intensity that moves between controlled restraint and explosive release.
Formed out of a shared background in alternative, punk, and experimental music scenes, the band creates music that carries both urgency and unease — songs about burned bridges, missteps, and the strange comfort of finding yourself back where you started. Their live shows amplify that tension, where volume, distortion, and momentum turn each performance into something immediate and visceral.
Asian Cowboy has connections across a wide network of artists and projects, with members having collaborated with or performed alongside acts such as Mattias Alkberg, INVSN (ft. Dennis Lyxzén), Raring, Nagoon, Totalt Jävla Mörker, Henrik Palm, Södra Sverige, and Ur Tajgan.
The band is currently releasing singles throughout the spring leading up to their forthcoming album, set for release in May.
